Delete Account

To delete your account in the Aura Tracker app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Aura Tracker app on your device
2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right corner)
3. Select "Account" from the options list
4. Click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen
5. Confirm deletion by typing "DELETE" in the text field
6. Click "Delete Account Forever"

After account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:

• Personal data:
  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • User identifier
• App data:
  • All recorded activities
  • Habits and goals history
  • Statistics and progress
  • App settings
  • User preferences
• Technical data:
  • JWT tokens (authorization)
  • Session data
  • User activity logs
• External integrations:
  • Google OAuth connections
  • Strava API connections
  • External service access tokens

The data deletion process works as follows:

• Immediately after account deletion:
  • Account is deactivated
  • App access is blocked
  • Authorization tokens are invalidated
• Within 24 hours:
  • All personal data is deleted from active databases
  • External service connections are terminated
• Within 30 days:
  • All data is permanently deleted from backups
  • System logs are cleared
  • Deletion process is completed

The following data may be retained for a specified period:

• Anonymous data:
  • App usage statistics (without user identification)
  • Aggregated analytics data
• Legal data:
  • Information required by law (e.g., invoices if issued)
  • Data needed for legal dispute resolution
• Technical data:
  • System logs (without personal data) - maximum 1 year
  • Security data - maximum 2 years

All retained data is anonymous or does not contain information that would allow user identification.

• You will not be able to log into the app
• All your data will be deleted
• You will not receive notifications from the app
• Google and Strava integrations will be terminated
• You will not be able to recover your data
• You can create a new account in the future
